Yoga for Hip Opening

Since I am not a yoga instructor I keep an eye out for yoga resources from certified yoga teachers and fitness professionals.

  • Ankle to knee
  • Low lunge with back knee down
  • Lizard
  • Warrior 2
  • Half chair, half ankle to knee
  • Squat
  • Seated wide-legged forward fold
  • Frog
  • Half happy baby
  • Reclined cow face pose
  • Reclining goddess pose
