How would you classify garlic, as a folk remedy or a superfood?
The infographic below, along with the sources cited below, have a lot of good things to say about garlic and its benefits. I am not sure if I could consume it raw (per the directions below) but I could probably manage it lightly cooked with a side of pasta or toast.
