The Ultimate Guide to Nuts

Nuts pack a major nutritional punch, taste great, and their unsaturated fats (in moderation) can be good for heart health. Although almonds and pistachios have been deemed the healthiest picks, cashews are my favorite. For those allergic to nuts, pumpkin seeds are delicious and one of my favorite salad toppers.
