Posture and Tablet Use

In a highly tech oriented society we have to be particularly aware of how these devices affect our posture. Tablets offer a high level of mobility however they can cause you to put your neck in awkward and uncomfortable positions especially with prolonged use. 

As indicated in the graphic below be sure to maintain good posture by placing the tablet in a position that keeps your spine in a neutral position and take breaks often in order to prevent discomfort.
